Blushbutter Site and Store closing

Dear friends and customers, I will be closing the store down and the entire site. By the end of this month being July 31st 2014.
I can no longer keep up with my running such a large site and give my time actively to my family. I thought I would be able to come back to scrapping after my last child but it was not to be. Instead I started homeschooling and devoting myself to Biblical studies.
I hope for you all that read this message to have a very Blessed and a loved by God life.
Thank-you all so very much for your much love, encouragement and genuine like of my designs and scrapping styles xoxoxo

Blushbutter and Dustybear want to encourage everyone to get their layouts published into a book, so they are in print form and not as easily lost. $10.00 will buy a 8X8 20 page book at Artscow, and give you a book to enjoy for years to come. Below is an example of a layout page, using the freebie silver jewelled frames found in the mini kit.

This above layout I made using the mini freebie digitalscrapbooking kit. I've included a piece of art nouveau butterfly, that I designed in a wonderful 3D program called sculptris, it's literally like playing with a digital lump of clay. Love how intuitive it is to use.

This frame my faery is holding is one of my first projects to test whether I could import sculptris files into Daz and it worked! I know the frame isn't much really, but I couldn't let one of my first sculptures go unnoticed so had to have my fairy play with it. LOL I actually tried to make a square flat cornered frame and ended up with this instead haha
thank-you for all your comments ,helpful hints and critiques.

Sale on Selective products now till the 31 August!

Introducing my new little adorable Fairies, I know you are just going to love these little cuties as much as I do.

Artwork pages done with the fairies:

6 single Fairy 3D cliparts and 2 fairy friends in joyful magical poses for printing and adding to your digitalscrap pages. These little fairy characters have been such a joy in creating, I hope you enjoy them too.

Site Down Explanation:

You may have dropped by in the last few days to see the site down, on the 9th my webhost(Ucwebhost) I'd been with for the last 4years sent me an email requesting I remove my site to another webhost as they were closing down from bad management from a former owner. They gave me to the 11th of August, all I can say is thank's to the wonderful reccommendations of other designers and web designers in the digitalscrapbooking industry I was put onto a very fast and able minded webhost(Wiredtree) who promptly with no delay moved my site in it's entirety over to their servers. They have been very thorough, friendly and proffessional with their service so far and I'm so happy I was able to have my site rescued from Ucwebhost!
I couldn't help think if I had of been away when the email was sent ,on holidays or sick, I could have lost my whole site, 2days is not long enough time to investigate sites or send emails letting customers know of the interuptions to service or anything really. I think it's appalling of Ucwebhost and every single member of their team to behave like this. God had to step into my heart and remind me to not let my anger get a foothold and to pray and forgive them. Thank-you God for the opportunity to place your Grace inside me.(I was very very angry) I also lost $$$ 4months of hosting I had already paid for.

Because I was caught with so little time their was a few days the site was not able to be viewed by the world, as the DNS takes 3days to propogate around the world on all the servers and ISP's. When I changed servers, my IP address was also changed and your ISP servers were still pointing to the old servers until they updated. Thank-you for all those who have been inconvenienced by this interruption for your patience, that was really appreciated. Please also don't hesitate to let me know of any pages that aren't loading correctly for you.:)

Happy International Scrapbooking Day with a 40% Off Sale!

Happy InterNational Scrapbooking Day!!!

It's hard to believe that it's come around so quickly again, it's been a busy start to my year this year and I've barely had time to set about in photoshop to create new kits, however I've applied myself to learning how to use two 3D programs, which is quite the learning curve! Here is a small example of some lovely school girls I created using the 3D program. She's so cute and would make a lovely addition to your scrap pages for your highschool girls. I'm working on a brunette set right now. I hope you enjoy the sale and can pick up a few things on your wish lists.

On a side note:

I wonder if you have ever read the wonderful Pern series of Books by Anne Maccaffrey? I recently reordered all of them over again to reread and read the newer ones written jointly by Anne and her son Todd Maccaffrey. Anne now 85years old has left the Pern series to be written by him. I enjoy his books and love every new one he puts out and am so glad I can keep reading them. I love the whole amazing concept and planet , the atmosphere and the rythmn of the words carry me far away to Pern and the beautiful Dragons. In my imagination it is I who is sawing through the air clinging to the dragon. I've tried to capture the swirling eyes of the dragon in a happy mood, it doesn't show in this image as it's too small, but they look good up closer :)
This image I am showing you here was inpsired by Anne and her Golden Queen Dragons...
