This kit has been one I've wanted to make for quite sometime, as it is very close to my heart. With my designing I've always strived to Honour my Father for his many blessings in my life and wanted to create a Christian kit to aknowledge my Faithfulness in him. I've hinted a few times in some of my kits my religious beliefs with some word arts in my Easter kit and some blog posts here. I wanted to create a gentle and soft kit with papers that could subtley blend into the background of photos, so when I tried embossing the papers digitally with religious images and the result was exactly what I wanted, it was my inspiration to complete this kit. I also had put away thorns from a bougainvillier a year ago, I remember just how painful their sharp thorns were on my poor hands, I knew I had to have thorns in my kit, I wanted a symbol of the pain God endured for my sins. The kit will suit both modern time and heritage photos of Communion , Easter or even Christmas photos.
Beautiful Christian Communion kit with 5 12x12inch papers and 7 x A4 size embossed papers. 2 Christian notecards, and 26 elements. Rosary bead frame, 1 dove, angel wings, 1 wine cup, communion bread, silver glitter frame, white suit, black suit, girls dress with veil, silver frame, heart locket, purple tassel, teddy jewel, angel pin, wooden cross, silver glitter cross, satin floppy bow with satin straight ribbon, 3 silver corner fancies, thorn cluster, church, lace and pearl Victorian Christian frame.
Communion Qickpages for girls and boys, 5 layered digital scrapbooking quickpage photo templates.

Bonneted Lassy!
This page is from my 34 week photo shoot, I know I'm missing a few on this blog, I promise I will catch them up, I have some gorgeous photos of her, I've just been having to hard a time deciding on which to use!!
So in the mean time I couldn't help but use the pretty papers in my communion kit for Shaely's bonnet photos, I used the blue butterfly paper to make distressed frames with using atomic cupcakes distressing edge action(Lurv her actions!)I also used some elements from my Faery kisses in Yellow, which I never quite got around to uploading and finishing off the previews for (oopsy)oh well. I stumbled upon gorgeous old fashioned smocked bonnets, in my search for Shaely outfit's, isn't this adorable!?
http://www.oldfashionedbaby.com/shop/category.asp?catid=26
I'm saving up for this one, but in the mean time...
In my need to make some more pretty photos with my star model, I got out my needle and thread and altered the bonnet I already had with lace and ribbons. I would have wanted larger bows but made do with the ribbons I had on hand. I totally love the effect of how the bonnet turned out on my little sweetheart. She was really giggly and playful but as soon as I got batteries in the camera and got her all set to photograph she spat the dummy! Me being set to get my shots anyway I had to resort to distraction, something shiny! I got this gorgeous little flower dress on Ebay brand new for $0.99 cents, the shipping wasn't much either as I had it shipped with other pretty dresses I got. Her Daddy loves this dress cos she looks so girly in it, he loves having a little girl in the house.

I've always loved the beautiful satin bowed baby gowns and dresses with the pretty little lace bonnets from the Edwardian era. So today I tied some blue satin bows around Shaely Angels little knitted pink wool dress and bonnet. She is such a beautiful little baby to dress up and loves to play with her teddy's. I'm loving her expressions and the many she has. Poor little thing is teething terribly at the moment.

Over the holidays I put aside some time to get to know Daz studio better, I guess I could have sped up the process by doing all the tutorials I paid for but like with photoshop I just wanted to open it and play around. It's been loads of fun up until I wanted to work out how to get better lighting and renders, then the trial and errors began!! But I'm still having loads of fun rendering all kinds of pretty little fairies and such, which I hope to have in the store after the kids start school for the year on Monday.
I've always loved how pretty and feminine Marilyn was as a screen legend pinup! So when I had my model in Daz and was putting on her clothes and posing her she just grew from my canvas, I had to work days to get her to where I was mostly happy with having captured her playful seductive smile, with partially closed and full lashed sultry eyes. Mouths are the hardest thing to work on in poser and Daz3d especially if you want them to smile and not look creepy, I am beginning to think that's why almost always the models you can buy in the 3d commerce stores are never smiling, I like smiling faces personally. I didn't do any post work on Marilyn except to add her into a butterfly background of mine.
Well I have now done a few more video tutorials(don't you just love youtube?!!) I am a long way from mastering this program but I am now becoming more confident.
My little baby girl stayed sitting up unaided today, I did have pillows behind her, but she kept the position for ages, I thought it was worth noting. She is way too adorable!
Here are some weekly photos of Shaely and some fun ones, I got my pageant tulle skirts off ebay this week and couldn't wait to try them on Shaely, I got the larger sizes so she would have them to enjoy as a little girl too. I gathered up all Logan and Rohan's brown teddybears for the weekly photo shoots just to change it up a little from the pinketty pinketty pinketa I love to put on her LOL![]()
I love all the teddybears around her and the brown make her stand out even more, can't wait to try the vintage effect overlya on these photos I think the browns in the bears might look even lovelier.

don't you just love that little tongue poking out like that?!!

Can you see how hard a time I have in deciding which photo makes it to the book?

I'd just as soon as print them all, but whilst perusing through blurb books in the childrens section, I happened upon one that did just that and it got boring very fast, the book I was looking through had the same photo in black n white sepia, some colored parts on black n white and then same 8 photos of what looked the same but different expressions. I learnt a very valuable lesson, only use the one good shot and decide on it. But that is easier said than done as you can see here.

Love this little expression below and want to use this one, but it doesn't have the note card with date on it, in the picture.

My sister gave Shaely this little outfit it's very French with it's little beree and all, love the colour with the little pageant skirt. Having fun with her in these photos ![]()
