My name’s Michelle McKenzie, although I’m known as MikesMom in the digiscrapping community. I live in upstate New York with my husband and our son in a big house in the woods. We love animals and currently have a cat, a hamster, 2 cockatiels and 2 African grey parrots. I work for a great local software company. I started there as a programmer and am currently Director of Support Services. I’m a total tech geek—I love gadgets and computers. Another interest is genealogy. I enjoy learning about my ancestors and the places they lived and the history that surrounded them. I’ve been extremely lucky to be able to gather a large collection of family photographs to go along with my research. So, combine the family history with all the photos and the computer and that led me to digital scrapbooking. It’s the perfect blend of all my interests.
