How to use gift vouchers:

First click link in your email and then login and check in your shopping cart balance on the right whether it's been added to your credit balance

After Logging in customers that have been sent a voucher and clicked on the redemption button in the email will be automatically have the balance applied to the balance in the shopping cart on the right side of the store you will be able to find this under best sellers and the heading Shopping cart.

To use the gift voucher you have to type in the whole amount of $5.00 in the highlighted field above where it shows the balance, to apply the gift voucher to the total.

If you haven't automatically been redeemed the voucher you type the redemption code into the the Gift certificate redemption highlighted area and click confirm. If that comes up with and error use browser back and check your balance in shopping cart balances to see whether it redeemed it and then proceed to type in the $5.00 into the highlighted balance area.

I know it seems silly the way it does this and doesn't do it automatically, I guess it's so you can choose to give part of the voucher away to a friend. I'm only just getting used to Zencart ecommerce shopping system myself, I'll have to write a more indepth guide on how to use the shop, with screen captures once I have some spare time.

Sorry if you are experiencing problems and still can't seem to work it out, I reply to all emails as promptly as possible so drop me a quick note and try to be a descriptive as possible so I can work out how to fix it.
