Timing out, refresh your web page of the shoppe between downloads.
When you have a browser opened to the store for too long a period you get timed out of the store cart for security purposes and that means you can't walk away and leave the file to download overnight.


Internet service provider issues with lack of speed and bandwidth - try an internet cafe or Library.

Whenever the staff receives emails of problems with downloading orders the cart is tested thoroughly on orders by staff members from different locations world wide. I cannot take responsibilty for all the different services of Internet providers and their lack of a proper service. I suggest you take advantage of the forum and the DVD service to receive your product.
