This first layout is of my new little niece Amber Rose, the photo's needed extensive work as the digital camera thing was a new concept with my sister and they had the camera set up for taking web ready photos, the lowest setting there is, but with a little help from plugins and alot of airbrushing and colour corrections I've managed to salvage these two ready for print, now to tackle the other 100 photos!

This year has been a busy one for me so I've set out to make several PSD photoshop scrapbooking templates to catch up on my scrapping with speed. Here's a layout of my Sister Kathy and my dear little niece her daughter Amber using one of the freebie Scrap templates I sent through the blush n dusty yahoo group yesterday. What I love about using templates is that I can make this same page using my Baby boys kit and it will go perfectly for my son's albums too. Another benefit of templates is that you can flip the canvas or rotate the canvas for a matching set of pages. I'm hoping that these templates I'm working on will be really beneficial for me. The response so far from all the lovely members of our yahoo group has been very positive about them

Here are some inspirational elegant layouts that really stood out for me this last week from Deb Mommens. Deb's been busy catching up on her scrapping for the year with a frenzy, you have got to visit her blog and see all her wonderful works and memories for 2007 and 2008 being logged down in beautiful scrap layouts. This first one of Deb's is of her Hubbies grandparents wedding and has a wonderful heritage feel.

This lovely young lady in the blushing pink prom gown is Deb's niece Kali, I love these grey and pink pages, I think they show off Kali so beautifully! I've always loved pink and grey together or even pink and black it's one of those combinations that remind me of Paris and Romance.

Deb's used a combination of blushbutter kit's for all of these amazing layouts, I love how she has mixed and matched them all so wonderfully, an amazing sense of colour and richness with just the right hint of simple elegance and beauty which shows off the photos so much

Deb's Making a graduation book for Kali as a present and this is one of those amazing pages that documents the years of Kali's life in photograph's. This is one of things that Deb does that gives me so many ideas and light bulb sparkles, I've put this page in my scraplifting folder!! So I'm sure you are going to see my son's pages like this, fingers crossed I make them as wonderful!
