I do not offer tutorial memberships or classes as I find these services are time consuming and I personally prefer to create, draw and design graphics. Please try to understand that I'm not a qualified Graphic design teacher, the best place to learn how to use graphics programs are from qualified teachers. I feel that because there are already plenty of free plus paid for classes available through searches and schools that my time would be wasted offering that service, besides I'm not very good with explaining what I do in Adobe Photoshop. The little time I have left, I enjoy creating my own scrapbooking pages for my family. I however can recommend to you several sites for digital scrapbooking classes in my forum. If there isn't an answer to your question, try googling "digital scrapbooking classes" that's what I do. If I was to describe what I do it would be to say that I take many online tutorials to keep up my skills and training from my start in Graphic design school with alot of just playing around to see what works best for me. My time can be very limited , do please try googling for your answers before you ask me about tutorials and how to's, thank-you for your understanding.

Question:
Why after I leave the computer on to download the large files are the errors when trying to unzip the archive?
Answer:
Your connection to the shop has just probably timed out, you only need to log back into the store and to then go to "My Accounts" and look up your previous order. From there the links will be available to download again, you get 7 tries at downloading the files, if you need your links reset just send me a quick email and I can do that for you. When I'm downloading large files I refresh the page after every 2nd download to keep from being timed out.

Question:
It indicates I paid with Paypal as well and I did not. 
Answer:
I only have Paypal as an option/method for payment, if you used paypal to process your credit card, it was still paypal that made the transaction secure.

Question:
What does the "Remaining" mean?  some say 5 and some say 6.  Is that attempts at getting the files downloaded?
Answer:
You have 7 tries at downloading the file it decreases with everytime you attempt, yes.
 
Question:
It indicates the order is still processing.  Will is say that until the link expires?
Answer:
Yes it will continue to say that and I can reset the downloading links if you are experiencing issues with your ISP(Internet service provider) so you can try downloading from a different computer on a different ISP.

Question:
My zipfiles are corrupt.
Answer:
This could be from several reasons,
1. firstly send me an email and I will test the zipfiles to make sure that they are indeed have not become corrupted on the server which can happen on occasion during server upgrades.
2.Secondly it is most likely due to your ISP and the bandwidth you have. I will try and explain this to you so that you can hopefully understand what that means for the problems you might be experiencing. For customers using dial up my shoppe and the size of my files are virtually impossible to download and you would need to purchase the DVD service I offer, you will experience timing out issues and incomplete downloading and it can be most frustrating. Even customers on faster internet speeds can experience issues if the service they are using is a popular one. Generally it doesn't matter what your bandwidth speed is if the ISP's are lending it to other users. I will try and explain it to you as how it was described to me so that I could understand. If you have a two drain sink and only one sink full and you pull the plug , the water drains away fairly fast(fast connection). But if you have two full sinks and pull the plugs at the same time it takes longer for both sinks to empty because they are sharing the same pipe(shared connections ie routers and peak times). I know it's not the best description but it's how I understand bandwidth and how it gets shared around amongst users and the peak times and slow times.

Why don't you offer free DVD service for custoemrs experiencing downloading issues?
Answer:
I honestly couldn't offer that service for free and to be able to stay in business for long. If I'm offering a kit for $15.00 and burn it to disc and pay the postage and handling , you would be actually only paying  $11.50 for that kit of my graphics. I could offer my graphics on a CD one kit per CD and they would price around $20 each , I feel my service is economical as I give the customer the option of having more kits on one DVD instead of charging per kit.

1. I am from Australia, I could be sleeping or on weekend break. I generally like to check my emails daily, even on weekends, but that is not always possible. Please allow 24hours weekdays and 48hours on weekends for assistance. In Australia we are one day ahead of USA and that means I am on my weekend break on your Friday Evening. I am 15hours ahead of USA time.

2. If you have allowed enough time, please forward me your email(plain text) and mark urgent, it could have been blocked by spam/security filters.

No, I'm sorry. blushbutter.com is my personal business site with my designs only available for sale. I feel there are a great many larger stores you can apply to for a position with. I honestly just don't have the time to be able to do the admin for a larger staff.

Answer:
I do not offer graphic programs for sale on my site. I offer graphic images in jpeg,psd, .atn (actions),.abr(brushes) .asl(styles) and png . Jpeg and png files can be used in most graphic editing programs. All the other files mentionsed are for use in photoshop programs available from www.adobe.com.

Answer:
I have reset your downloading link for you to try again. The file is over 70mb large and this would be why your ISP will be having difficulty in allowing you to download,  ISP's have reduced speed and peak times, even on fast connections. I can asure you that the file has been downloaded several times with no issues from other customers with their different connections.
If you continue to have trouble trying to download this file I would suggest that you purchase the file on a DVD, here is the link to do that.

I want to make certain that I understand your terms of use correctly concerning scrap-for-hire business.  Are you saying there is no licensing fee on the Professional Use section, and Scrap for Hire businesses?  If so, does no licensing fee for Scrap for Hire businesses pertain to all kits in the store, or does it only pertain to those in the Professional Use section?Thank you.  : )
Answer:
if you mean scrap for hire as in making an album using my kits  with your clients photos and selling that album(flattened jpeg files, digital and printed) to a client on an individual basis then yes, I allow that with no extra fees.
I do not allow quickpages to be made using my personal use kits, only from the proffessional use section and my graphics need to be incorporated into your page so that they are all merged an non extractable.

 As a Scrap For Hire business, would I be able to create template album pages from personal use kits for my own business use in which I could swap out different clients' photos, giving them an array of choices of pages to choose from to create their album?  Or would that be considered to be a Quick Page, in which case I could only use kits from the Professional Use section? 
 To give you an idea of what I'm considering doing, I'm not considering selling kits or quick pages as such, only photo inserted, flattened images pages.  I'm considering doing albums and an occasional single page with photos that can be framed. Thank you.  : )
Answer:
I would consider that to be a quickpage. I think the proffessional use section would be the most appropriate kits that would best suit that particular use.I create quickpages and sell them using my personal use kits , I don't want my personal use kits used in how you have described at this time, sorry.

Question:
If I get the cd of one of you kits, or download it to my computer, how do I save it and can I use it in Adobe Photosohop CS or Print Shop or another scrapbooking software> I may get it but I need to know asap. Also can I just save it to  a dvd of my own instead of putting on my hard drive?

Answer:
when you purchase the kit you will need to unzip the zipped files or graphics onto your hardrive and from there you can then backup the graphic files onto your DVD or CD. The graphic files are designed to be used in graphic programs that can open png or jpeg images.

I was just wanted to check about your products for professional use, I am wanting to use some of them to create invitations and greeting cards to sell they will all be printed out and not burnt onto CD (or other media) so the products will not be able to be reused by the customer once they have purchased them from me. Is this acceptable??
Answer:
I really need more information, sorry. How many cards would you be making? Do you sell your cards online? Are you a small business?
For my font's distribution on cards using the fonts are limited to 250 or less per set. Digital distribution is not allowable on font products.
If your a large greeting card company then a commercial lisencing fee needs to be negotiated. If you are an online business selling cards to order then that is considered a large commercial company and you will need to purchase a lisencing fee to have distribution rights.
Even if your business has just started out and you are a Stay at home Mom, I have no way of knowing what your distribution rate will be so I ask for the lisencing fee or royalties to be paid and legally negotiated. Legal representation and contracts are expensive and this use will need those applications.

I just purchased your overlay set and I am having difficulty downloading. I have high speed internet and am capable of downloading large files with speed and ease. However, your files are downloading so SLOWLY! I started one this morning and it is still now at 68% downloaded at a speed of only 11.7/KB/sec! Originally, I downloaded several at one time but when I went to unzip, the files were no good so I decided to download them separately. This is the second file after finally downloading the set 1a yesterday. Set 1c downloaded correctly the first time. Is there something about your server that is making this process so slow? Help!

thank-you for your purchase order. I'm sorry your experiencing issues.
I tested a very large file and the png zip files and they all seemed to download okay. The largest PSD file of 115mb was a little slower than I'm used to but it still only took 5minutes to get. I didn't experience any timimg out occurrences and my other customers who have downloaded this same order have all had success, I think it could be an issue with your ISP maybe blocking my site downloads or something like that. I can only suggest trying a proxy IP. I have included a screen capture so you can see that it isn't the server my site is on.

Well this is very strange! I am at the point now that I have successfully downloaded sets 1a, 1c and 1d. I left 1b downloading overnight and it has got to 94% but nothing more. I am also somewhat confused by the 115MB file you mention. On my order downloads page, (order #number), none of the downloads are that large - the largest is 24.90 MB. You mention that I should try a proxy IP - how do I do this? I would like to finish downloading these files today - this is silly! I have never had such a hard time with files of this size! Is there a chance you could put these files in a password protected 4shared folder for me to download from? You would know that only I could access it and you could remove the files as soon as I had them downloaded. I have done this myself for some customers who have had trouble with downloads. While I wait to hear from you, I will try more downloading. I think I will have to cancel this set 1b because it doesn't seem to be doing much of anything.
Answer:
I do not upload files to share services, sorry as it takes alot of time to organise and I really feel that the issue is with your end and your ISP bandwith. You have successfully got 3 files out of the 6 so it does sound like it's your internet speed that is the issue and bandwidth. I screen captured larger files to show you that the server is functional and that it's working as it should with no corruptions, I could have done it with each file that you purchased but didn't think it neccessary. When you have a browser opened to the store for too long a period you get timed out of the store cart for security purposes and that means you can't walk away and leave the file to download overnight. I refresh every second download to keep the links active or you can get a possibility of errors, from timing out. Please try the remainder files and see if it is just timing out, remembering to refresh between downloading, thank-you. I mentioned the proxy server because if the downloading speed is as you say under 256kb's then your ISP isn't giving you enough bandwith and you might have to go through a proxy server to access my sites downloads. I've heard of this happening to quite a few people and this is one way they can get higher speeds when their ISP's aren't fulfilling their obligations, in order to find a proxy ISP you will have to contact your ISP directly yourself and request this service from them, this is not something I can arrange for you or give you help with. I asked around a few faithful customers and CT's and they didn't have any issues with downloading from the store in the last 3 days.
Whenever the staff receives emails of problems with downloading orders the cart is tested thoroughly on orders by staff members from different locations world wide. I cannot take responsibilty for all the different services of Internet providers and their lack of a proper service. I suggest you take advantage of the forum and the DVD service to receive your product.
