Question:
Why after I leave the computer on to download the large files are the errors when trying to unzip the archive?
Answer:
Your connection to the shop has just probably timed out, you only need to log back into the store and to then go to "My Accounts" and look up your previous order. From there the links will be available to download again, you get 7 tries at downloading the files, if you need your links reset just send me a quick email and I can do that for you. When I'm downloading large files I refresh the page after every 2nd download to keep from being timed out.

Question:
It indicates I paid with Paypal as well and I did not. 
Answer:
I only have Paypal as an option/method for payment, if you used paypal to process your credit card, it was still paypal that made the transaction secure.

Question:
What does the "Remaining" mean?  some say 5 and some say 6.  Is that attempts at getting the files downloaded?
Answer:
You have 7 tries at downloading the file it decreases with everytime you attempt, yes.
 
Question:
It indicates the order is still processing.  Will is say that until the link expires?
Answer:
Yes it will continue to say that and I can reset the downloading links if you are experiencing issues with your ISP(Internet service provider) so you can try downloading from a different computer on a different ISP.

Question:
My zipfiles are corrupt.
Answer:
This could be from several reasons,
1. firstly send me an email and I will test the zipfiles to make sure that they are indeed have not become corrupted on the server which can happen on occasion during server upgrades.
2.Secondly it is most likely due to your ISP and the bandwidth you have. I will try and explain this to you so that you can hopefully understand what that means for the problems you might be experiencing. For customers using dial up my shoppe and the size of my files are virtually impossible to download and you would need to purchase the DVD service I offer, you will experience timing out issues and incomplete downloading and it can be most frustrating. Even customers on faster internet speeds can experience issues if the service they are using is a popular one. Generally it doesn't matter what your bandwidth speed is if the ISP's are lending it to other users. I will try and explain it to you as how it was described to me so that I could understand. If you have a two drain sink and only one sink full and you pull the plug , the water drains away fairly fast(fast connection). But if you have two full sinks and pull the plugs at the same time it takes longer for both sinks to empty because they are sharing the same pipe(shared connections ie routers and peak times). I know it's not the best description but it's how I understand bandwidth and how it gets shared around amongst users and the peak times and slow times.

Question:
Why don't you offer free DVD service for custoemrs experiencing downloading issues?
Answer:
I honestly couldn't offer that service for free and to be able to stay in business for long. If I'm offering a kit for $15.00 and burn it to disc and pay the postage and handling , you would be actually only paying  $11.50 for that kit of my graphics. I could offer my graphics on a CD one kit per CD and they would price around $20 each , I feel my service is economical as I give the customer the option of having more kits on one DVD instead of charging per kit.

Why isn't my email being responded to?
Answer;
1. I am from Australia, I could be sleeping or on weekend break. I generally like to check my emails daily, even on weekends, but that is not always possible. Please allow 24hours weekdays and 48hours on weekends for assistance. In Australia we are one day ahead of USA and that means I am on my weekend break on your Friday Evening. I am 15hours ahead of USA time.

2. If you have allowed enough time, please forward me your email(plain text) and mark urgent, it could have been blocked by spam/security filters.

Why was my email answered unsatisfactorily?
Answer:
1. Please remember to write to me in English, I can use BABEL FISH to decipher your emails, but the translation process is I have found never adequate. I only know one language well and that is English.

I don't understand?
Answer:
Are you having problems in the store with the language? Try the translator google tool or the Babel Fish Translator tool. I speak and write English so my understanding of your difficulties is limited to english. Please try translating your type text to English before sending me your issues, thank-you.

Do you take submissions from designers wanting to sell on your site?
Answer:
No, I'm sorry. blushbutter.com is my personal business site with my designs only available for sale. I feel there are a great many larger stores you can apply to for a position with. I honestly just don't have the time to be able to do the admin for a larger staff.

Question:
I downloaded my order, where in my computer do I find the papers?

Answer:
The zipped archive once successfully downloaded will be in the folder you saved your zipfile to and will need extracting in order to see the digital jpeg files to print using your own printer or copy to a Jumpstick or CD to take to a Printing service store.
No physical papers are transported into your computer system.

Question:
How can I print my papers to 12x12inch size?
Answer:
You will need a lager format printer, Epson has a larger format printer that is around $700. I wouldn't reccomend buying a large format printer unless you plan on printing up several layouts and papers consistantly. Try your local Printing store , full colour prints shuld be around $2.00 a sheet of A3 on archival 180gsm paperstock.

Question:
Why wasn't a program included with my graphic purchase?
Answer:
blushbutter.com kit's come in digital file format of png,psd and jpeg only with no software program included. You NEED your own free or purchased graphic software program to be able use my graphics in an editing capacity.

GIMP is the free alternative program for Photoshop, please do not ask me how to use any of these programs. Try emailing the programs makers sites directly with your enquiries.

How can I get faster help for my queries?
Answer:
Try searching through the forum to find your answers and leave a question in there, some members might be able to come and answer your questions for you. Or subscribe to the very helpful blush-n-dusty yahoo group for some wonderful creative support.

Why are the freebies hard to find? You suggest to try a freebie first before purchase as no refunds given, how do I find these freebies?

Answer:
Remember the gallery has a free element section to test whether you can use my graphics before purchasing. Also the reason why I make it a little harder to find the freebie files throughout the store is because they are an incentive. Try looking through the Best sellers list for them.

Question:
When I found a free Digital Scrapbooking Kit which I like, how can I download it?
Answer:
All products are zipped files downloadable upon purchase confirmation, these files are to be extracted by right clicking on the file once you have accepted the transfer and saved to a folder in your My documents folder, then choose to extract all to here! If you don't have a Zipping Tool go Winzip to download trial for Free!  These files are to be used in your graphic programs for arranging into designs of your choice by layering and cropping methods. All files are .png format 300dpi resolution on transparent backgrounds and .jpeg format 300dpi on decorative backgrounds for printing purposes to cut out and print as many times as you'd like.

You acknowledge:
  To make use of my image products, you must have a graphics program which recognizes psd , jpeg and png file formats and reads layers: Paint Shop Pro, PhotoShop or Corel Painter.
  If you purchase blushbutter products without having the graphics programs required to use them you will likely be disappointed. Do not email me after puchasing saying you can't see the images, that your images are "all jumbled up", or that what you see doesn't match the promo images. By purchasing blushbutter images and graphics you acknowledge you have an understanding of the digital files and nature of graphic software programs needed for editing the files found on this site for sale and that it is your responsibility to know how to use them. You acknowledge that you must have a graphics program that can read the graphics I sell and that it is not my responsibilty to guide you in learning how to use your program with my images. There may be other programs available which will work for your purposes, but I do not know enough about them to recommend them.
  The size of the digital graphic kits can be very large download , blushbbutter can't be held responsible for your slow internet connections , the DVD service is made available for such connections and downloading issues you experience.  To request this kit on a DVD place a DVD burn service order into your cart which will let me know you'd like this kit burnt to a DVD and mailed to you, make sure your postal/delivery address is correct. By reading these terms and conditions you understand and acknowledge blushbutter.com is not responsible for your internet connections and reliabilty of your ISP (internet service provider) is your sole responsibilty.
blushbutter.com will burn the files onto a CD and send them in the mail for an additional cost of $4.50. Sorry, but I can not create a zipfile for each individual image or send each image to you as an email attachment. You acknowledge if your internet connection makes it impossible for you to download the zipfiles, you will order a CD or DVD.
  It is not possible for me to do any custom work. This includes changing, adding to, or in any way modifying existing products in order to make them perfectly suited to individual needs. For your own benefit, please read and view the detailed descriptions provided for each product, and the TOU file which is included in each zipfiles. If what you need is not listed in the product description, and you don't think you would be able to modify the images yourself, it would be better not to buy the product because I will not be able to make changes for individual needs. What is in my store is only what is available. This disclaimer includes the fact that I will not supply the original, layered working files for specific products. If an element is not listed in the promotional description, I cannot supply it and did not intend to sell it.
